Tooth in the Top Spot

Just as we were finishing our preparations for life with a 3-toothed son, he relaxed his gums and let another one through.

On your left: real tooth. On your right: phantom tooth.

    Yeah for a top tooth!!! Linc has his top right one so together they have both front teeth haha.
